Kiel’s interest grew at an alarming rate as he began to study engineering at the collegiate level at Louisiana State University. To give himself a bit more hands-on and professional experience in the real world, Kiel earned a position as a real estate salesman. As he began to make connections between his primary background in construction, his educational background in engineering, and his current professional endeavors as a real estate professional, Kiel was able to harness his knowledge and experiences and direct them towards a new endeavor, home inspections.
After spending several years working for a private home inspection firm, Kiel was inspecting as many as 60 houses a month. A cognizant professional with an interest in entrepreneurship, Kiel realized that he could offer and deliver a more effective and efficient solution than typical home inspection companies. Kiel determined that by simply remaining in tune with the needs of his clients, he could offer a more personalized home inspection service that would allow his clients to feel a level of comfort and confidence in his services, more so than any of his competitors.
As Kiel’s company progresses and moves into the franchising industry, Kiel’s natural role as a leader, cultivated during his time in the military, and relentless pursuit of advancement is what undoubtedly sets him apart from the competition. Since Kiel has been involved in nearly every facet of the building industry, from construction and engineering, to selling and inspecting, he is able to adequately train each of his franchisees, ultimately establishing a compassionate and empathetic leadership role with each of his strategic partners.
In his free time, Kiel enjoys relaxing with his family, exploring the real estate market, and pursuing additional entrepreneurial endeavors. However, his business’ growth remains paramount to everything that he does. As a passionate entrepreneur and a dedicated professional, Kiel always works to provide innovative services designed to strengthen and root his relationships with clients and franchise owners. To him, business is more about transactions and sales; it’s about lifelong relationships. That’s what he hopes to inspire.
